Develop and convert new business opportunities within the Corporate & Mid‑Market or SME & Growth market segments. Build strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and position GSA as a trusted advisor. Maintain a structured pipeline and collaborate with technical brokers to deliver compelling solutions. • Challenge existing approaches and identify new or improved ways to generate revenue.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, industry trends, and emerging risks.

Operational Objectives

  • Maintain a disciplined, structured pipeline with clear activity cadence.
  • Identify and pursue new verticals, partnership channels, and strategic growth pathways.
  • Collaborate with technical brokers to prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies.
  • Ensure CRM and internal systems are updated accurately and consistently.
  • Attend meetings, events, and industry forums to build brand presence and generate opportunities.

Financial Objectives

  • Achieve individual new‑business revenue targets.
  • Contribute to multi‑year strategic growth initiatives.
  • Support team‑level revenue and activity objectives.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new approaches.
  • Responds well to time demands and maintains a brisk, professional pace.
