Assistant Client Executive - General Insurance

Starting Time Period:

We have a new and exciting entry level position available as an Assistant Client Executive in our General Insurance Team.

Main Objectives

•      Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

•      Provide high level of support to all team members and ensure that all requests are met in a timely and efficient manner

•      Preparing Client Report and Premium Summary templates

•      Processing of new business and renewals in GSA’s broking system

•      Issuance of invoices/closings to clients and insurers

•      Policy document review

•      Obtaining premium funding quotes

•      Processing of endorsements/amendments

•      Assist with management of debtors

•      Support the team with all duties and assist them to achieve budget

Education& Qualification

·        A Diploma or Degree in Business / Finance / Commerce or equivalent highly regarded

Knowledge & Experience

·        Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·        Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

·        The ability to assist with developing relationships and liaise with clients at all levels

·        Customer service skills and business acumen

·        The ability to manage your time and work on a number of projects concurrently

·        Strong analytical skills

·        The ability to work well in a team environment

·        Administrative and IT skills, skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
