We are looking for a motivated Assistant Client Executive / Client Executive to join our Affinity Team. This is a fast paced, high-volume role working with our affinity portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assistance with professional and courteous interactions with clients and the provision of a level of service and market results that exceed their expectations
- Fast paced, high volume role managing both email and phone correspondence with clients
- Maintaining relationships with our associations and underwriters
- Managing our online system
- Processing of new business, renewals and policy document preparation and maintenance
- Quoting of renewals and processing of endorsements/amendments
- Updating claims status reports
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Business / Finance / Commerce or equivalent is advantageous
- Work towards further appropriate qualifications (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Insurance Broking Compliance)
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Call center experience highly regarded
- Fluency in mandarin highly regarded
- The ability to assist with developing relationships and liaise with clients at all levels
- Customer service skills and business acumen
- The ability to manage your time and work on a number of projects concurrently
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Administrative and IT skills, skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with personal drive and ambition
