Senior Client Manager - QLD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team based in Brisbane.

Main objectives

•       Responsibility and management of GSA’s key clients across different industries and accountability for new business, servicing, developing and maintaining the client portfolio.

•       Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Insurers and Underwriters

•       Arrange specialised types of insurance cover in complex cases

•       Manage the insurance marketing process and ensure optimum outcomes

•       Managing complex Insurance Programs for identified top GSA clients

Education &Qualifications

•       Must be Tier 1 qualified, preferably higher

•       University Degree highly regarded

Knowledge & Experience

•       A very strong understanding of Insurance Broking

•       ISR experience is preferred

•       Strong account management skills

•       Pride in yourself and your attention to detail, organisational skills and insistence on quality in everything you do.

•       Self-motivated and personal drive and ambition

•       Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills

•       Adaptable and flexible work attitude

•       Effective consulting, influencing and negotiation skills

•       Strong communication skills, written and verbal

•       Effective skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, IBAIS, Organise It, CRM –Salesforce
