As an ASX-listed diversified funds manager, with approximately $16.8 billion in funds under management, Centuria appointed GSA as our Insurance Broker to look after the insurance requirements of our property portfolio following a lengthy tender process in 2014. With their ‘different’ and ‘better’ approach, they managed to introduce financial and administrative efficiencies into our program, which has been backed up by quality service and advice throughout. Utilising their close relationships with the insurance market, we now have direct links to our insurers, and work closely with them, and GSA. With these factors in mind, we now have additional Risk Management protocols to better protect our claims experience, reduce premiums, and achieve greater returns for our investors
