Sorry to hear you have had an incident! Please follow the below steps to get you on your way to repair.

Please note, once this form is completed, it will be sent to Alto Head Office for review. They may be in touch before the claims is shared with GSA/Allianz.

  • Assess the situation and check for signs of danger to yourself.
  • Next assess the danger for others involved in the incident or others around.
  • Is Emergency assistance or police needed? If so, Dial 000.
  • As the above is taken care of, start to gather details of the incident. Complete the below form and our claims team will have all the information necessary to lodge your claim and commence action. The more detail you can provide the better. If there are any details that you cannot gather, please leave this blank and our claims team will be in touch to help.
