People and Culture Co-Ordinator

Key areas of responsibility
  • Manage all things HR across the business with leadership and direction from the Head of Operations
  • Recruiting process for the entire business
  • Responsibility for education calendar and CPD points
  • Responsibility for monitoring of Personal Development Plans with divisional Managers
  • Develop, manage and coordinate onboard/offboard process
  • Work with existing wellness committee
  • Involvement in M&A activity within the business
  • Coordinate Corporate Governance and compliance tasks relating to HR. e.g., succession plans, staff surveys, employee benefits,company policies and benchmarking
  • Work with our internal Workers Compensation division to oversee GSA’s WH&S
  • Implement and manage HR system/s
  • A few years’ experience in a HR role and a good understanding of the HR landscape and requirements for a business in thefinancial services space
  • Proactive communication skills and high level of organization will be highly regarded  
  • A strong network in the industry will be well regarded
  • A good understanding of social media and it's role in HR
  • Understanding of workplace legislations and practices
