She recalls meeting Paul, whom she worked for previously at Commercial Union, one sunny morning at GSA’s panoramic North Sydney office, accepting a part-time role with the company.
Back then a 12 hour week was sufficient in keeping the claims well managed, and provided flexibility with two young boys having just started school.
She single-handedly managed claims for 5 years, until GSA’s growth warranted a full-time Claims Manager. She then had a short stint with GSA’s wholesale broking Division before returning to assist with claims.
Since then Angela has continued in the claims role as a highly valued member of GSA’s claims team, and genuinely enjoys the satisfaction she gains from helping GSA clients through the claims process.
Angela is a dedicated wife to her husband Frank, and proud mother of two teenage soccer star sons, Giorgio and Roberto. Her family is the most important part of her life and photo’s of them take pride of place at her desk.
