During 2005, our fifteenth year in business, GSA engaged a team of external consultants to carry out an in-depth analysis of our business. Client feedback told us our services have improved consistently; and GSA has achieved sound growth in every single year of business, we felt it was time for an outsider’s opinion of:

Who we are, and where we are heading?

The principle areas of focus included a study of the services we provide to our clients; our company culture; the way we manage underwriter and other external relationships; and importantly, where we wish to take the business.
The consultant’s findings are that GSA is different......very different....and that’s just the way we like it!
Effective July 2006, GSA is adopting a new ethos: Eye-opening Insurance and we believe this absolutely defines our company from head to toe. It’s fantastic that our spirit can be encapsulated so succinctly – because I genuinely believe our company is eye opening. We’ve always tried to go above and beyond the expectations of our clients, and the industry.
I gain enormous pleasure witnessing the emergence and success of the KidsXpress charity, which GSA has supported since its inception last year. This positive feeling runs through the whole company –and it’s a great cause!
As founding Director of the company, I’ve never had a more positive outlook for the year ahead. The quality of our people; their commitment and pride in the company is at an all time high. I believe GSA is entering a very special era – the ultimate litmus test being positive feedback and respect from clients, underwriters and business in general.
