Michelle has been employed by GSA since July 1995. As one of our longest serving employees, Michelle has gained extensive insurance experience and credentials while at GSA. Michelle has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and is also a Qualified Professional Insurance Broker (QPIB). Michelle works various roles at GSA including management of the Office Administration staff, as an Account Manager and as assistant to Paul Hines (CEO) in his daily tasks.
