Carlo joined GSA in April 2005 as an Account Executive in the General Insurance team. Carlo brings to GSA a strong customer-centric focus from his background which includes:

• 12 months as a Customer Service Consultant for AAMI.
• Several years of management in the hospitality industry.

 In June 2009 Carlo moved to the position of Account Manager within the General Division.

Carlo is Tier 1 compliant in Insurance Broking under the Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001, holds a Business Management Diploma from Macleay College and is currently completing his Diploma in Financial Services.

Carlo's role as an Account Manager involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients along with being responsible for introducing new business into the organisation.
