Carlo has been employed at GSA since April 2005 as an Account Executive in the General Insurance team. Carlo brings to GSA a strong customer centric focus from his background, including:

• 12 months as a Customer Service Consultant for AAMI.
• Several years of management in the hospitality industry.

 In June 2009 Carlo moved to the position of Account Manager within the General Division.

Carlo is Tier 1 compliant in Insurance Broking under the Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001, holds a Business Management Diploma from Macleay College and is currently completing his Diploma in Financial Services.

Carlo's role as an Account Manager consists of supporting James Telford with his portfolio as well as building up a portfolio of his own consisting of small to medium businesses.
